**B2B Telesales Executive / Account Manager**

**Up to £30,000 DOE + OTE**

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager for an excellent role selling contact sources and data lists within the creative design and advertising media industry. Access to these products for your customers will allow them to put their services directly in front of the precise people they want to be in business with themselves, therefore it is a highly desirable and extremely cost-effective service for them to invest in.

Its a completely telephone-based sales position with additional use of social media platforms for selling as well, and it can also be a hybrid role that incorporates working from home some days as well instead of in the office if you wanted to. The company has adapted extremely well to their existing staff working from home and are happy for this to continue with new people as well, although you must be based in or close to Glasgow for initial and ongoing training, to have regular meetings with management and colleagues, and to also work from the office as well of course.

Starting basic salary is up to 30k depending on and commensurate with experience, and it also comes with first year OTE of between 5k - 10k which increases year-on-year as you build up your account base. The first year OTE can certainly be exceeded though, it’s all down to your own personal performance and results, and the bonus structure is also uncapped meaning there is no ceiling on your potential earnings.
