**The Role**

We are seeking a results driven Customer Success Executive to join us. You will work within our Marketing team and closely with our sales representatives to understand our client’s needs and use your outstanding communication skills to achieve client satisfaction and excellent results from their digital marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for providing reports that are accurate and timely, as well as monitoring campaigns and highlighting any issues to the various stakeholders. Assisting our global sales team with understanding the metrics from their client campaigns to aid them in sustaining repeat business from our clients will be a large part of the role.

The position will involve a high level of organisation and accuracy - KHL Group is the trusted marketing partner of some of the world’s biggest manufacturers in the construction and power markets, so providing a high level of service is crucial to success.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting up and maintaining online reporting dashboards
- Monitoring the success of campaigns
- Speaking with stakeholders to resolve issues with campaigns
- Project managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Assisting members of the sales team with understanding the digital marketing channels
- Developing the role to ensure service is efficient and effective

Hybrid working and a 4.5 day working week. You will be required to attend the office 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home for 2 days, and a lunchtime finish on a Friday. Wednesday is a compulsory office day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
