**Fulfilment Centre Manager**

**Immediate start**

**Location**:Brentford

**Contract type**:long term Temporary position

**Days/Hours**:Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Pay rate**:£16.83-£19.23

**Duties**:

- Supervise Fulfilment Centre staff and daily activities.
- Evaluate, manage, and report on Fulfilment Centre productivity to Supervisor.
- Ensure proper supplies are ordered accordingly to maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Add hardware to inventory accordingly.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding logistics.
- Perform a detailed Quality Check on all orders going out to ensure client satisfaction.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Optimise employee work flow by assigning and delegating tasks accordingly.
- Train, guide, and evaluate new Fulfilment Centre workers.
- Ensure all employees are maintaining a 40hr work week.
- Sustain excellent organisation skills and the ability to delegate.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation and other related paperwork.
- Attend weekly Manager Meetings and provide solutions for recurring issues and problems.
- Implement innovative ideas to better the work flow during peak season

- Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical aptitude, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
- Ability to recognise, analyse, and solve a variety of problems.
