A national specialist clinical negligence boutique is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor with four years PQE and some private client experience to join their team.

You’ll be able to work flexibly and from home four days per week. When you are in the office, you’ll enjoy a high-spec environment with all the mod cons you would expect in a national city centre law office.

If progression is important to you, you’ll be supported in your development and there is a clear and imminent route to partnership available for the right person.

The firm offer highly competitive pay and bonuses, with team members achieving an additional bonus of up to 14% based on performance. This is helpfully paid out in instalments throughout the year to give team members an extra helping hand for Christmas and their summer holidays.

This is a very exciting time to join as the firm has made several recent acquisitions and plans to double in size over the next two years.

In this role, you’ll provide Deputyship and Trustee support to clients who have personal injury or clinical negligence claims, which involve the management of substantial compensation awards. You will be running your own small caseload of Deputyship and Trustee matters, both pre
- and post
- settlement.

You’ll also supervise and provide technical support to a growing team of Court of Protection lawyers.
