Are you a qualified Solicitor seeking a role that offers a perfect blend of leadership and hands-on legal work? A rapidly growing, highly respected law firm based in Southport is looking for a dedicated, dynamic Head of Court of Protection. This leading firm specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence and offers an inclusive and progressive workplace.

The successful candidate will benefit from a top of market salary, and added benefits such as a bonus scheme, 35 days of holiday (including bank holidays), a flexible working environment with the opportunity to work 4 days from home, and a variety of funded company social events.

In this critical role, you will lead the Court of Protection & Private Client team ensuring excellent client service alongside meeting all performance targets. You'll be providing inspirational leadership, while directly managing the operational needs of the department with the support of the cost and finances team. A significant part of your role will involve coaching, developing, and supporting managers to facilitate excellent people leadership.
