A leading law firm is recruiting for a Court of Protection Lawyer (qualified solicitor, legal executive or paralegal) with up to around three years’ experience to join its team in Merseyside and enjoy unrivalled flexibility and progression.

This role is unmissable in terms of the salary for the level of seniority, plus you’ll have access to a fantastic progression framework.

You’ll be able to enjoy a hybrid working package of 50%.

You will manage a ready caseload of property and finance Court of Protection work, referred via the firm’s successful clinical negligence team.

The firm is well-established, financially stable and growing. It is recognised as one of the UK’s leading teams by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, as well as being highly recommended in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2023.
