We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administration skills who would like to join our busy team. The post holder will always focus on high quality, accurate and timely administration and customer service duties to ensure that recruitment and administration processes run smoothly. Support provided with the HR team and to Aspire Directors, and Recruiting Managers throughout the company will be delivered in a pro-active and responsive manner.

**The hourly rate for this role is currently £10.70, however it will be rising to £10.90 and backdated to 01/04/23 on receipt of announced funding.**

**The Recruitment & Administration Support Assistant will**:

- Follow the HR recruitment process, standards, and schedules to meet operational plans and needs; publishing accurate vacancy advertisements, replying to applicants in a timely manner, arranging interviews, and liaising with HR colleagues to progress onboarding.
- As first point of contact for job applicants, be encouraging and supportive, and knowledgeable about service vacancies to enable you to answer questions asked.
- Research the recruitment and operations activity needs, ensuring vacant posts are advertised in a timely manner, while maintaining excellent recruitment tracking.
- Assist in the planning of events, including recruitment fairs and interviews, attending when necessary.
- Provide data management administration to support the safe handling of all data, including archiving, scanning, filing, data gathering and data input adhering to policies and procedures.
- Take minutes at structured management meetings and at employee relations meetings.
- Keep statistical records and provide recruitment and operations reporting to meet operational needs.

**Essential experience, knowledge and skills for this position include**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Packages;
- High degree of organisation skills;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, while multi-tasking and managing competing priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with a wide range of people;
An approachable and friendly manner.
- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous, as is a drivers licence and access to your own car.

PVG checks will be required for the successful applicant, as are two references; one being from the most recent employer.
