**About the Role**

We have a rare, yet exciting opportunity for two self-motivated **Recruitment Administrators** join our friendly, fast paced Recruitment Team based within our **Glasgow **and **Dundee **Offices, who are dedicated to recruiting the best talent to work within our rewarding Charity.
Taking pride in what you deliver is important to us, we’re passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and strive to make sure we deliver a right first-time service. Being confident in using your own initiative and having autonomy to manage your workload will help you to deliver this.
- Previous experience of managing high administration workload.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Outstanding communication skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to produce high quality, accurate work to tight deadlines.
- IT proficient with comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Applicant Tracking System
- The ability to demonstrate understanding, interpretation and working knowledge of recruitment legislation, associated employment law and best practice.

**What could set you apart**:

- Experience in supporting Recruitment in a similar sized organisation.
- Experience of Care Standards and SSSC requirements regarding people matters.
- Experience of working in the social care or the third sector.
- Experience of working with our Applicant Tracking System - Job Train.

**Salary**: £20,971.60 per year
