Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with candidate management processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry on our bespoke system.
  • Maintain and update in-house databases to support the recruitment team's workflow.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Support office diary management and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Act as the coordination point for the recruitment team.
Requirements:
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at an executive level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
