**Job Title**: EHR Training Lead

**Location**: 1 London Bridge with expectation to visit other sites

**Contract Type**: Fixed Term Contract - 18 months

**We are actively recruiting for an EHR Training Lead.** This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UK’s largest private healthcare provider, specialists in complex care, with hospitals rated outstanding by the CQC.**

These growth plans include implementing a real time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, a multi-million-pound investment, and part of our long-term digital transformation initiative. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, this EHR will allow HCA UK clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care.

**In summary**

**Specific deliverables and top priorities for this role are**:

- Lead the Training team.
- Facilitate the running of demonstrations and other engagement activities to increase awareness of the EHR capabilities. Supporting the discovery, design and build of the EHR solution and the new business processes.
- Develop a training plan to meet the needs of the EHR workstreams for implementation.
- Manage a team of trainers and floor walkers up to and throughout go-live of the technical solution and new business processes, to facilitate a smooth transition to BAU.
- Responsible for the on-boarding and performance management of the additional temporary resource.
- Responsible for the consistent review of effectiveness of the education/training.
- Have experience leading training within a transformational change programme.
- Manage a team of trainers and floor walkers to ensure the training for the organisation is being delivered effectively.
- Bring knowledge and experience of a variety of training approaches and methods of delivery.
- Provide excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships in order to ensure the training is fully utilised within all areas of the business.
- Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Have learning and Development qualifications.
- Be proficient at organisation and people management skills.
