We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at Lead Discovery GmbH.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new client relationships and drive business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our customer base.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: A positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Telesales Experience: While not essential, experience in telesales or telemarketing is beneficial, as we will provide training for the right individual.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to work to targets and meet sales objectives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £19,000 per year.
  • Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, day shift.
