Exeter College is looking for a Compliance and Governance Officer to provide strong administrative
support to the DPO/Compliance Manager and Head of Governance to ensure that the College
develops and complies with internal processes and procedures and external statutory regulations.
Supporting the Head of Governance and the Board of Governors fulfil their statutory obligations,
with a focus on outcomes for learners, also forms part of this role. The post holder will work as part
of a small team but will engage with colleagues across the College (and externally) to provide advice
and guidance and therefore good communication skills are paramount.

This is a varied and challenging role offering you the opportunity to make a real difference to these
vital areas of the College’s business. Full training will be provided on the technical aspects of the role
and there are excellent prospects for development and progression for the right person. The
