Product Owner, Digital, Search - Fully Remote Working
6 months’ - Outside IR35

Product Owner with a background in Search and SEO is required by highly prestigious luxury brand. They have key offices in London and New York, however work on a remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Owner with a strongunderstanding of search tools and how to design them for optimal customer conversion. Their online search tools are a conversation between the user and our website or mobile app, and you will understand how our clients express their needs and how the website/appoptimises the response with meaningful results. The Product Owner will lead a cross functional product team responsible for an existing backlog of features and refinements to be delivered in the next six months.

Key Responsibilitie
- Lead a cross-functional product team responsible for the Search workstream, with the goal of realising the agreed roadmap
- Understand the product user and their needs, the user journey and how it can be improved, and the business goals and how product can help achieve them
- Prioritise competing demands at the product level across all parameters i.e., commercial, users, tech, design etc
- Ensure cross-functional leadership and communication across engineering, UX and product design, marketing, business development, and support
- As product owner, support the success of the scrum team through working closely with the scrum master and other team members to improve velocity and drive progress
- Continually strive to improve the customer experience, with a focus on product quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Requirements:

- Five or more years leading product teams, including two or more years working with search tools
- Empathetic and approachable team-builder, confident working with blended teams in complex, matrixed settings
- Proven experience working on large scale, global digital products
- Experience of working with 3rd party vendors and geographically dispersed teams
- Knowledge and experience with agile Scrum product development processes
