Provide an efficient & professional service to all staff & visitors;
- Building relationships with customers & suppliers;
- Ensure all documentation is filed accordingly to internal processes;
- General house-keeping in relation to the office;
- Maintain the condition of the office, supplies of stationery & equipment;
- Preparing works orders; purchase orders; delivery notes; invoices;
- Arranging logistics;
- Review & update of health & safety policies including first aid.

Skills & knowledge required
- Attention to detail & ability to prioritise tasks;
- Excellent customer service & telephone manner;
- A strong team ethic with a willingness to be flexible & undertake duties as required;
- Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Xero accounting software experience

Hours will be up to 35 hours per week. Part-time availability. Flexible between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year
