As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning and filing
- Greet customers and take there orders
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Put on orders
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Working Hours 8.30am - 5pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
