We're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual to join our growing international team on the Isle of Wight. Working closely within the accommodation team, you'll help coordinate all aspects of our homestay programme including recruiting new and exisiting host families for the upcoming summer, visiting prospective hosts and help facilitate our recruitment and marketing plans.

You should be able to take initiative, have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. This role includes occassional early evening and weekend work.

Full training and onboarding will be provided as part of a structured induction schedule.

**About the role**
- Recruitment of host families through telemarketing & offline actions
- Lead generation - Identify potential new opportunities and recruitment channels
- Strive to improve the quality of our homestay provision
- Administration & vetting
- Visit prospective hosts to determine their suitability and complete visit forms with great attention to detail (whilst complying to accreditation requirements and local authorities)
- Providing customer service to our new and existing host families
- Be part of a friendly, team-focused environment

**Your experience**:

- Some sales experience with a target-driven mindset is desirable but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner / skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive
- Love to get stuck in and roll up sleeves, leading by example
- Friendly and approachable, not afraid to speak to strangers and build rapport quickly
