**Overview**:
We are looking for a warm and friendly person to join our office staff here at Greenflame. Your day-to-day role involves co-ordinating appointments for our small servicing and maintenance team of two engineers. The role is customer focused and you must be able to deal with customers in a polite but confident manner, all the while remaining respectful and understanding of the vulnerability of those that call. You will be booking in services and call outs with varying degrees of urgency, communicating this with your team members through an online calendar, and tracking the progress of these jobs in the background. You will also be expected to complete all invoices related to these works in a timely manner via Sage accounts, experience with Sage is useful but not required. You will be expected to keep on top of general spares stock for servicing and maintenance purposes, as well as taking and processing customer orders and parts orders for ongoing maintenance jobs (with assistance where necessary). All training will be provided and ongoing support will be available as you settle into the role.

**Key tasks**:

- Organising and managing a team of two servicing and maintenance engineers:
Using: - Outlook, Word, Excel, Google maps, Google Calendar, WhatsApp
- Checking, counting and ordering spare parts for general stock for a variety of biomass boilers
- Taking, managing and processing customer spare parts orders
- Monitoring and updating ongoing and return works for customers including ordering parts, noting their arrival and labelling appropriately
- Processing warranty parts via relevant channels.
- Updating Engineer documents when appropriate and sharing to the team drive.
- Taking payments from customers in office and over the phone.
- Carrying out all invoicing for general maintenance works through sage accounts software
- Communicating with various suppliers regarding technical assistance.
- Ordering staff workwear when required.
- Arranging overnight accommodation for engineers when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,920.00 per year
