This is an exciting time for our company as we are looking to recruit a confident Receptionist who will be happy to join the company in a full time, permanent basis.

**Your key duties as a Receptionist will be**
- To make and receive telephone calls on behalf of the team, record messages accurately and professionally.
- To act as receptionist for clients and visitors to the company office.
- To undertake duties relating to incoming and outgoing mail, keeping post procedures up to date
- To book travel and accommodation for the wider Property Team
- Ordering, distribution and stock taking of office stationery.
- To list properties to let on portals as directed by the Sales Team
- Keeping reception area looking presentable
- Ordering working lunches as and when requested ensuring good value for money.
- Keeping adequate kitchen supplies including cups for meetings, water, coffee, tea etc.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the filing system, both electronically in order that relevant documentation is available on the software system and the paper filing system.
- Organisation of offsite and meeting room diaries
- Typing internal and external correspondence
- Any other reasonable request by the Management Team

**Key skills and experience**

**Profile**
- Previous reception or customer service experience is essential
- Good level of English, spelling and grammar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of Maths & numeracy
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Good typing skills

- Salary:£22,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
