We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, with good communication skills, and ability to multi-task to join our daytime sales office. It’s an exciting time to join a fast growing, successful business, with a friendly can-do culture. If you have excellent customer service skills, you will be a great addition to our sales team

You’ll be working **40 hours** a week, **Sunday - Thursday**, between **8am-5pm**. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, to be discussed at interview.
- Confident answering calls from customers, and dealing with customer queries
- Multi-tasking and prioritising workloads efficiently
- Liaising with our drivers and warehouse team for delivery information

**Role requirements**

Previous experience in customer service is desired, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
- Great communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Packages
- Team player, and able to work independently
- Full 1:1 training and ongoing support
