**In a nutshell**

As Recruiter you’ll be working as part of a team dedicated to managing and supporting recruitment activity across defined business areas across Sainsbury’s Bank, this role will predominately be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for our high-volume vacancies within our contact centre.

**What you will be doing**
- Responsible for delivery of contact centre recruitment to a successful conclusion for internal and external vacancies. This will include vacancy briefings, agreement of attraction strategy, sourcing, screening through to offer management.
- Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or adverts, as well as any additional media (Linked-in, job boards) to ensure we build suitable talent pools.
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills.

**What you need to know and show**
- Recruitment experience and an understanding of recruitment best practice in the external market place.
- Experienced recruitment professional with demonstrable expertise in specific business sectors, for example contact centre.
- Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, working at pace and multi-tasker with limited supervision.
- Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies, exposure to working in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
- A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches.
