Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with an independent, multi-site Restaurant and Bar operator looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for their newly opened restaurant in Edinburgh. Set within chic modern interiors, delivering the most vibrant of cuisine.
This role is suited to career motivated Restaurant Manager to join this dynamic, expanding operation.

Restaurant Manager Duties Responsibilities:

• Most aspects of day-to-day management of restaurant operation
• Maintain standards across the operation
• A Hands-on operational position, providing support dealing with all operational issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring first class standard of service throughout all sites
• Recruitment, support training as well as regular staff reviews of junior staff

Restaurant Manager Skills/Experience:

• Have experience in a similar high quality/high volume operation
• A first-hand approach, leads from front, good longevity throughout career
• Customer-driven
• The successful applicant will have proven experience history in a similar quality operation
• Good longevity
• Driven to motivate consistently and always maintain the highest standards
