About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at COSMO Authentic World Kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior managers to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members.
  • Continuously motivate and engage the team to achieve high standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Accomplish business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume restaurant business.
  • A service-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proven track record of guiding and developing teams, with coaching, mentoring, and sharing enthusiasm.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
  • A talent for spotting and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • First Aid certification.
  • Fire Marshall/Warden training.
  • Health & Safety Level 2 qualification.
