An exciting new role has become available in Oxfordshire based business to work as an Administrator on a part-time basis. The company hold decades of experience in their field and provide professional service with a personal touch. They are looking for anindividual who prides themselves on high quality service and can show excellent attention to detail.

Duties of the role:

- Prepare invoices and proceed to log these on required software.
- Assist in archiving and data cleansing.
- Liaise with third parties and stakeholders for maintenance, utilities and advertising.
- Timely filing.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies.
- Record incoming transactions.
- General adhoc administration tasks.

You must:

- Have previous experience within an administrative role.
- Demonstrate strong numeracy skills.
- Hold a UK Drivers licence and be able to travel between sites.
- Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office packages.

Experience within bookkeeping, payroll and the use of IRIS would be advantageous but is not required.

Based in Bicester with occasional travel to their second office on the edge of the Cotswolds, you will be working 25 to 30 hours per week. This position offers a salary of £22,000 pro rata.
