Through a series of projects leading to the implementation of anERP system, we are creating a team to ensure that our people benefit in every sense from the changes we will bring.

As HR Lead you will manage a team of HR professionals, work closely with senior HR stakeholders, and fundamentally transform the HR experience for all staff. Reporting directly to the transformation Programme Director and working with the HR Director, youwill lead on vision and then shape our employee journey through a series of implementations which ensures our alignment as an organisation. You will also sit as part of the transformation leadership team with colleagues from other functional areas to providea connected approach for everything we do. The role is wide-ranging and includes leading, strategy formulation, planning, analysis, system implementation, reporting and stakeholder management.

To achieve the objectives for this role, you will be a rounded HR professional who has worked across HR disciplines or managed a full HR function. You may well have previously managed HR change, and HR system or ERP implementation experience is highly desirable,as is your knowledge and experience of payroll. As a HR leader, you will have motivated staff towards common goals and provided a clear picture of HR's future-state. Comfortable with creating high level processes, you can demonstrate a clear focus on employeeadoption and an understanding of how change affects people. You will understand target operating models (TMO) and how to best enact them across a complex organisational structure. You will be practised at influencing and managing the most senior of stakeholdersand working in partnership with other functional areas to ensure alignment against organisational strategy.

You will be resilient and assertive in equal measures, have a "can do" attitude, and display energy and drive as yournorm. Collaborative, influential and adaptable are all required traits for this role which will provide clear advantages in propelling your career for years to come.
