Our outlet managers rely on head office to deal with the issues that stifle them for delivering a smooth service. These issues can include repairs & maintenance, analysis & reporting, recruitment, marketing, merchandising and product management.

Your role is to support the Managing Director in prioritising the issues that need attention, fixing what you can, escalating & assisting with the rest.

**Essential Skills & Attributes**

You need to be
- organised and structured.
- A problem solver

You must have
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good literacy & numeracy
- Competent in using cloud services
- Commercial experience (nous).

**Qualifications**

No prerequisites but we will test to establish the ‘must have’ skills

**Work Experience**

Prior work experience in the hospitality sector would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newhaven: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
