**Payroll, Benefits & Rewards Executive**
**Bristol**

**Salary - Circa £40kp/a**
An exciting role in central Bristol
This role including completing internal payroll for circa 500 members of staff. You will be joining the people team in a varied role - which including payroll, aspects of HR, benefits & rewards.
**Responsibilities;**
- Lead payroll activities for circa 500 members of staff
- Support the implementation of Workday providing reward, benefits and payroll services
- Facilitating annual pay reviews
- Working with HR operations manager to manage annual benefits renewals
- Main point of contact for pay and benefits queries
**Requirements;**
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with HR systems
- Experience with rewards - e/g/ pay benchmarking, creation of pay scales + pay reviews
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage own workload
**Desired Skills;**
- Experience with 'Workday' system
