Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate will be responsible for understanding of all Benefit plans, ensuring all employee benefits are processed accurately and efficiently until February 2024 in their Bristol site.

The key responsibilities of the Payroll Associate involve:
- To ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time
- Understanding of all Benefit plans, ensuring all employee benefits are processed accurately and efficiently
- To ensure that all procedural and statutory requirements are met
- To provide the highest level of customer service
- To ensure that Service Levels are achieved and exceeded where possible
**Profile**
The successful Payroll Associate will have:
- Payroll & Benefits procedural and legislative knowledge
- Excellent IT skills, including SAP payroll and Microsoft office
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and also to contribute as part of a team
