We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and wider leadership team.

You will be managing multiple tasks and prioritising a confidential workload, ensuring that deadlines and enquiries are met and situations resolved.

You will be responsible for providing excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, and your role is critical in enabling the team to operate effectively.

This is a full-time 12 month fixed term contract that has arisen to cover maternity and will require 5 days a week in our Swindon office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the executive and/or board's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proactively manage schedule conflicts and make necessary adjustments to ensure the executive and/or board is always prepared for their day.
- Ensure that all necessary information is provided to the executive and/or board in advance of meetings or events.
- Resolve situations that arise effectively with a proactive attitude

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, supporting board members with administrative/operational tasks
- Willingness to be in office 5 days a week and respond to out of office hours queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
