This role combines a part-time position as a Fitness Coach with the opportunity to operate as a self-employed Personal Trainer.
The position has been developed through a collaborative effort between YOUR Personal Training and a leading leisure facility.
The successful candidate will engage in 20 hours of work per week within the leisure facility, alongside managing their own Personal Training business.
This is a remarkable opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to collaborate with experienced Personal Training Business Coaches who excel in the industry. You will be guided towards establishing a successful and sustainable Personal Training practice within this vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Fitness Coach include:
- Conducting gym appointments, including inductions and progress reviews (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Creating engaging content for social media
- Leading designated workshops in the studio/gym area (scheduled in advance)
- Making appointment confirmation calls to members
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym floor during downtime
- Engaging with local schools and colleges for outreach
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as required
The role is primarily focused on member interaction, which is essential for building relationships and generating leads for your Personal Training clientele.
