Our Client is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of wirelessly connected safety products — they offer the broadest and most complete portfolio in the industry. Our Client monitor personnel working alone in populated areas, indoors within complex facilities, and employees operating in the most remote reaches of our planet. Products are used to keep people safe in the event of falls, missed check-ins, man-downs and exposure to explosive or toxic gases. These products save lives. The design, marketing, customer care, sales and production are all performed in-house at the headquarters in Calgary, AB.

Our Client are looking for a full-time Goods In / Receivables Administrator to receive returned products into the facility and support internal departments throughout the process. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) administration is key to supporting the technical support, repair, and quality teams to deliver world class products and service to their customers.
**Duties (include but are not limited to)**:
- Receive product returns into our ERP (NetSuite) system and prepare it for the service technicians to perform maintenance.
- Ensure efficient and timely receiving is completed daily to meet receiving service levels.
- Investigate product returns and adjust records to ensure an accurate account of the product status.
- Correct RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) information on existing product return orders.
- Collaborate with the orders and technical support teams to resolve RMA information discrepancies.
- Identify areas of improvement within processes and collaborate with leaders and team members to find resolution.
- Daily reconciliation of customer returns and vendor returns for Europe offices
- Assist in the retrieval of unreturned devices to decrease time for product returns from customers.
- Acts as a backup to create RMA’s for the technical support team.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members located in France when needed.
- Be prepared to embrace ad-hoc requests and support the team.
- Develops new skills and knowledge related to products and services.
**Person Specification**:
- A Level or equivalent; additional education or experience in receiving or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years’ administrative experience in an office setting. Technical or Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Intermediate (Excel) spreadsheet skills.
- Experience working with RMA’s and Receiving with an ERP system are considered an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication ability.
- Professional interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and a focus on process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and address customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently, assume responsibility and add value by being proactive.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast paced work environment.
- Keen interest in learning and continuous skills and personal development.
