Apprentice Early Years Educator

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Apprentice Early Years Educator. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in early years education while gaining practical experience working with children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role:
  • Support children's play and nurture their development.
  • Organise activities, assess and record children's learning and development, and work in partnership with colleagues and parents.
  • Work alongside experienced early years educators and have a dedicated mentor for support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality care and education to young children.
  • To contribute to the planning and implementation of activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development.
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular reviews and evaluations.
Training and Development:
  • You will be enrolled on a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, which includes training in Paediatric First Aid and Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
  • You will also have access to on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.

  • A competitive salary of £9.50 per hour (for the duration of the apprenticeship).
