**Study Programme Tutor - Haverhill**

Due to continued growth at WS Training, we are now seeking a suitably qualified SEN tutor to work at our new Haverhill Supported Learning Centre.

The role will commence September 2024 but an earlier start date may be required.

£22,950.00 - £24,553.15 based on 37.5hrs term time (45 weeks)

**The role includes but is not limited to:

- Contributing to the initial assessment process, induction activities and identifying gaps in learning.
- The use of baseline assessments to plan suitable sessions enabling learners to access learning that is motivational and inspiring.
- Assisting students to improve their own learning and performance by developing their study skills.
- Devising appropriate interventions to support students to remain on track for completion of their course.
- Agreeing and putting in place relevant targets and actions.
- Taking responsibility for planning and delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment to our students who have a broad range of barriers to learning and/or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

Pay: £22,950.00-£24,553.13 per year
