An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client who has an office based in Cwmbran have a need for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
You will be working as a small team of 3 reporting
Duties & Responsibilities
- Completing day to day office administration tasks
- Speaking to customers on the telephone
- Updating internal systems
- Acting as the key liaison point between customers and contractors
- Diary management
- Updating costs
- Invoicing
- Adhering to SLA’s
- Complaint resolution
- Liaising with suppliers
Skills and experience
- Office based experience in a similar role
- PC literate
- Flexible on the hours worked
- Available to work on a Temporary to Permanent contract
Salary £21,579.97
Hours : Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
