Plant Administrator Ftc

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Administrator to join our Cwmbran Plant on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager the role will provide support to the plant on areas such as, general administration, Payroll, HR and training. Provide support to the Plant Manager on a daily basis and promoting and maintaining good working relationships and clear communications with internal and external customers

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Provide general administration support to the Plant Manager and the plant.
- Maintain the training database for all staff on site as well as providing support to the Learning and Development Officer as and when required
- Support the local and central HR department as and when directed.
- Work alongside the H&S team to incorporate all safety items within the control of the same procedure
- Manage and maintain the monthly agency turnover report. Attendance would be required at weekly manning meetings.
- Manage the onsite stationary and PPE for all employees
- Ensure accurate payroll input and analysis.

**Knowledge, Experience & Attributes**
- ** **Proven experience within a similar role
- Self-motivated
- Excellent Administration skills
- Proficient user of MS packages such as work excel
- A demonstrable passion for Continuous Improvement
- Excellent people skill; capable of engaging with people at all levels of the organisation
