We have an urgent and rare requirement for an experienced, well organized and extremely capable Vehicle Sales Administrator to work at our client's franchise dealership in Waterlooville preferably with a knowledge of the Kerridge dealer system.
Our client provides support and training and an environment where personal growth is encouraged.
This is a full-time role and typically you will be expected to work between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
The role is to provide essential administrative support to the Vehicle Sales team. Undertaking all aspects of vehicle administration, Invoicing, Taxation, administering Internal databases, processing order forms, and vehicle stock availability, also ensuring all necessary documentation is present and correct to ensure a smooth process from customer order to delivery.
Our client sells in excess of 1500 cars per annum so you must work well under pressure and have an excellent eye for detail.
You will be an experienced Administrator within the motor trade with the ability to organize and prioritize your workload, you will also be an effective communicator with the ability to assert yourself and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
**Only those applicants with a minimum of two years main dealer vehicle admin experience will be considered.**
The role is working for one of the regions top performing dealer groups and offers long term prospects and stability.
