Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading residential developers, are looking to recruit an administrator to join their commercial team in Chelsea, London.

**Your duties -**

Based on a prestigious residential development in Chelsea and reporting into a Project Director, your duties will include raising P/O’s, ordering items/materials, managing the stock control, labour, live hire and NIP trackers. You will be responsible for ordering stationary, cleaning supplies and PPE. You will also be responsible for data inputting on Xpedeon as and when required. There will Ad hoc duties as and when required, such as binding, organising postal or courier services etc.

Ideally you will have proven experience in the construction sector, be enthusiastic and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be self-motivated, have solid organisational skills along with excellent IT skills - Word, Excel, and Internet.
