**Japanese-speaking Corporate Access (Ref: MY44801)**

A Japanese bank based in London is looking for experienced Corporate Access professional who will be responsible for planning and arranging conferences, meetings between Japanese issuers and institutional investors, and managing investors’ information.
Native level Japanese and business level English are required.

**Location**:City of London, with 3 days working from home

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**Salary: £**34-45K depending on experience (negotiable)

**Starting**:ASAP

**Main Responsibilities**
- Arranging meetings between Japanese issuers and institutional investors
- Communication with Japanese issuers, institutional investors, and colleagues in their affiliate companies including investment bankers, analysts, and institutional sales
- Planning and arranging conferences
- Arranging seminars of unlisted company(ies) and one-on-one meetings between such companies and institutional investors
- Arranging information meetings and other meetings related to IPOs, POs or pre-IPO finance
- Arranging non deal roadshows
- Addressing requests for interviews by institutional investors
- Arranging instructor-led seminars including all logistics matters
- Attending arranged meetings
- Translation between Japanese and English
- Facilitating the meetings
- Preparation of materials (Japanese/English) including pitch books, brief overview of institutional investors, maps to the meeting venue and itineraries
- Setting up online meetings
- Drafting and Sending invitation/relevant information to clients
- Collecting feedback from the clients
- Managing issuers’/institutional investors’ information
- Arranging accommodations, transport, restaurants as required
- Other arrangements requested by the clients
- Drafting and maintaining of related internal manuals
- Experience at a securities company will be plus
- Experience in IR will be advantageous
- Communication competence

- Troubleshooting competency to analyse the facts steadily and address issues

- 各種会議への参加、ファシリテーション
- 日英の翻訳
- ピッチブック、機関投資家概要、会場地図、行程表などの資料作成(日・英)
- オンラインミーティングの設定
- 招待状・関連情報の作成と顧客への送付
- 顧客からのフィードバック収集
- 発行体・機関投資家の情報管理
- 宿泊施設、交通機関、レストランの手配(必要に応じて)
- その他、顧客から依頼された手配
- 関連する社内マニュアルの作成・管理

【応募要件】
- 証券会社での経験者優遇
- IRの経験があれば尚可
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、前向きで積極的な姿勢をお持ちの方
- ルーチンワークに対する前向きな姿勢があり、複数の業務を同時に処理できる柔軟性をお持ちの方
- 迅速で、正確にきめ細やかな業務ができる方
- 事実分析ができ、問題に対処するトラブルシューティング能力が高い方

・PCスキル(Microsoft office)保持者

・母国語レベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力保持者

【給料】
