**Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Administration Officer**

**TheSkillsYou'll Need: Mandarin to native level, with fluent English; hands on Admin experience in the UK**

**Your New Salary: £30-36k (depending on experience, job title and current salary) + benefits + bonus**

**Status: Permanent**

**Location: Central London**

**Summary**:
Responsible for Administration functions to support and facilitate the operation and development of business.

**What you'll be doing each day**:

- Manage all aspects of Admin. functions to ensure the overall implementation and effectiveness of Admin. programs in alignment with Group standards and directions.
- Design and implement Admin. procedures in compliance with local requirements and company’s oversea business.
- Serve as Admin. interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the local market with regard to daily Admin. operations and issues such as Health & Safety, GDPR, office rental, office insurance, fire regulation, risk assessment, inventory record, companymobile phone, etc..
- Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, include office facilities, office rental, stationary and supplies, etc.

**The skills you need to succeed**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Mandarin and English.
- Relevant work experience, hands on Admin experience in UK.
- Degree holder or above
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
