**Duties**:

- Communicate with cross-functional teams to gather website requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Project management of website development and maintenance projects
- Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
- Collaborate with copywriters to create engaging and SEO-friendly content
- Organize and manage website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Oversee social media management, integrating website content with social media platforms
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Website Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
