As a Photography Coordinator at Nash Tackle, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our products, capturing the essence of carp fishing, and engaging our audience through stunning visual content. You will work closely with our media, marketing and design teams to create captivating imagery that resonates with our customers, driving brand awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography**: Plan, execute, and edit high-quality product and lifestyle photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. This will be both on location and in studio environments
- **Location Scouting**: Identify and recommend suitable locations for photoshoots, both in-studio and on-site.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- **Model Coordination**: Collaborate with models and anglers to ensure the successful execution of photoshoots.
- **Image Editing**: Edit and retouch photographs as needed, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- **Content Planning**: Assist in developing creative concepts for photography projects and campaigns.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and manage a library of visual assets for easy retrieval and use across various marketing channels.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all content complies with copyright and privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in photography, especially in product and lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency with industry-standard photography and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your photography skills.
- Creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for and understanding of the carp fishing industry is a significant plus
