Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has locum roles for Band 7 Systemic Therapists to work full-time based in Nottingham, within the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.

The pay rates for these locum Systemic Therapist jobs are £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and are 3-month contracts.

**Duties**:

- Provide a range of systemic psychotherapy interventions to children, young people and their families and bring a systemic perspective to all aspects of the work within Community CAMHS Teams
- Contribute to the development of a high-quality family therapy service and take an active part in the developing family therapy teamwork
- Contribute to the group’s development
- Close liaison with a broad range of other disciplines and agencies, including education, social services, voluntary agencies and care systems
- Works autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures
- Provide a specialist outpatient clinical Family Therapy service to children, families and their care systems as part of Community CAMHS

**Requirements of the Systemic Therapists**:

- Be a HCPC registered Psychologist
- Have a relevant qualification
- Recent psychology experience is essential
- Be familiar with relevant legislation, be enthusiastic and committed to the work of the service
- Aim to be innovative and creative in the delivery of therapeutic intervention/care bundle, and offer psycho-education to young people and carers
- Ability to exercise autonomous responsibility making clinical judgments in highly complex, challenging and emotive situations interpreting Trust policies and working within professional guidelines
- Compliant with activity and performance targets as set by the organisation in conjunction with line manager
- Able to provide specialist therapeutic packages of care regarding a range of mental health presentations within Community CAMHS
- Able to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
