Please Connect Me takes the stress out of moving home by helping people to organise all essential services and utilities, such as Council Tax, water, broadband, energy, Pay TV, insurance, cleaning and more.

We're a young company with a clear plan, going through an exciting phase of rapid growth.

No previous experience is required for this role, but what is mandatory is enthusiasm, attitude, confidence, a great work ethic and being a team player.

Initial responsibilities will include:

- Responding to support tickets on our helpdesk platform
- Providing administrative support to our frontline customer services team

The Company

Please Connect Me is an all-in-one utility concierge service with a combined experience of 35+ years in the New Zealand, Australian and British markets. Our service allows any relocating individual or family to seamlessly arrange all of their essential home services in one transaction, faster and easier than they could do so themselves and often at better than market rates.

We partner with professionals in the movers market to save them valuable time and money related to the set-up, transfer and closing down of utility accounts.

Using Please Connect Me allows our partners to significantly reduce their administrative expenses while providing a more complete service to their home move clients.

We work with the majority of the UK’s leading service providers, to ensure our customers can make informed and impartial choices that best suit their households.

The Person

The key skills and qualities are:

- Minimum requirement - completion of GCSE’s A* - C or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- You have good attention to detail and are comfortable multi-tasking
- You love to deliver great, responsive online-based customer service
- You're a great problem solver, and relish finding a solution to delight our customers
- You’re driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
- The right to live and work in the UK. Visa status must be disclosed at screening stage

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
