**About The Role**:
Our dentist pay department are currently undergoing a project to automate 90% of the work and therefore, we require an Administrator on an initial 3 months fixed term contract to assist with administration within our finance department.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with existing Excel exposure who is keen to utilise and develop these skills within an office environment.

**This is an office based role. Office hours**: Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 (hours within this can be flexible)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly downloads of statements from the NHS website for 70+ contracts
- Accurate entry of figures from various reports into Excel
- Review and reconciliation of the above data
- Production and distribution of the resulting pay schedules

**About You**:

- Previous experience with Microsoft Office - Primarily Excel & Outlook
- Experience working to deadlines or in a fast-paced environment
- Hard working and self-motivated
- High attention to detail
