Office Administrator:
Report into Finance Manager
- Preparing and sending customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Completion of monthly PPM invoicing
- Preparing and sending customer quotations accurately and efficiently
- Chase up outstanding order numbers / certificates via the note process
- Assist in managing the invoice list, and ensure monthly targets and deadlines are adhered to
- Dealing with a variety of incoming calls from customers to discuss their accounts and account queries - taking down relevant information to escalate complaints to Helpdesk if required
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Joint management of the Admin Team inbox on house system
- Liaise professionally with other areas of the business for support and assistance where required
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed by the business.
