**About Our Client**:
My client is a well known manufacturer based in Livingston.

Input (to Microsoft Dynamics AX ) purchase invoices/credit notes received.Match invoices to Goods Received Notes (GRN's).Liaise with purchasing, stores, and budget holders over differences to resolve any queries.Liaise with suppliers (enquiries regarding invoices/payments).Ensure adequate budget remains prior to PO approval.Monitor (and improve) adhesion to payment terms.

Filing of invoices following payment.Various other duties as and when required.Full training will be given, however experience of other ERP systems and in particular purchase ledger will be required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Good Excel is a must - MS Dynamics would be advantageous.

**What's on Offer**:
URGENT TEMP ROLE - PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - LIVINGSTON Full time hours, office based with onsite parking available.

£13.00 - £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
