LJMU are pleased to be appointing a Head of Customer Insight who will be the strategic and operational lead for Customer Service functions across the Campus Services and Estate Development teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join the university during a dynamic growth phase. We have invested £160million in the development of state-of-the-art facilities in the last five years and we’ve got big plans for further investment in our infrastructure in the next few years. We have an opportunity for someone to join the Campus Services leadership team as we develop our customer service strategies and align with our emerging estate strategy. You will be responsible for leading the Customer Services teams and gathering data and insight to improve the way we deliver the range of services we provide to our University Community

You will work closely with the facilities, security, catering, maintenance, infrastructure and capital development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and focus on putting students at the heart of everything we do.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent or have a proven track record of extensive work experience in a similar role. You should have significant experience in leading customer focussed teams as well as delivering continuous improvement within a customer service environment and managing service levels and Key Performance Indicators.
