**Main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Driving process standardisation across all HR functions.
- Ensuring accurate HRIS records by coordinating data management activities.
- Advising client groups proactively on business-related changes and their impact on the workplace.
- Assisting with internal and external HR enquiries.
- Supporting new hire inductions.
- Assisting in sourcing absence cover from internal resources or recruitment agencies.
- Preparing a variety of reports and presentations when required.
- Having an understanding and keep up to date with UK Employment Law.
- Actively participating in projects and take on additional tasks as needed.

**Applicants to this role require**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Relevant degree and/or CIPD qualification.
- Excellent communications skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
