Job Title: Retail Operations & Systems Specialist

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
To manage the operational support and procurement function within the Retail Department. To deliver initiatives to enhance the Franchise and Retail Systems value proposition, deliver tyre volume growth, increase the number of franchise stores and increase the number of GRIPS installations.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Development and maintenance of the GRIPS system. Scope and deliver system change requests to continuously improve GRIPS system. Testing and release management of GRIPS updates. Process daily error logs and resolve.
- 2nd and 3rd Line support GRIPS system working in partnership with external 1st/2nd line support provider. Manage the relationship between franchisee and support provider. Delivery of GRIPS training programme for new and existing users.
- Support the development and management of group buying deals for the HiQ network. Identifying, implementing and managing purchasing arrangements to increase value of franchise proposition by delivering savings to franchise partners and generating income for the retail department.
- Network management and support - Retail team including Retail Marketing and the field based Regional Franchise managers in their daily activities acting as head office point of contact. Data owner of all HiQ franchise and retail related information. Manage regular communications in relation to system updates and franchise news in both digital and printed form.
- Oversee non-trade invoicing and billing. Creation and collation of the Retail performance reporting requirements.

**Education, experience and skills**:

- Experience in administrative / support function.
- Experience dealing with customers, internal and external.
- Experience within the tyre or automotive industry is desirable.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised and has an aptitude for delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work from own initiative and has attention to detail.
