**Overview of project/role**
Lead and support the Head of Concession and Head of Performance to link the teams in joint aspects relating to the Concession Agreement, in particular Schedule 4 and Schedule 7.

Working with the Head of Performance to Identify trends and root causes of sub optimal performance and working closely with the Concessionaire and Network Rail to deliver best ever performance.

Working closely with the Concession Manager to ensure we are delivering against out KPI targets, including cleanliness and customer experience through CSS and SIS.

The post holder will be part of a versatile team and integrate well within all teams across the network to support the delivery of the London Overground operations.

**Key Accountabilities**
- As the Concession & Performance Executive you will identify and develop initiatives and opportunities to improve the London Overground brand.
- Support the gathering and delivery of performance improvements through data analysis.
- Be the London Overground point of contact with all benchmarking activity for Case Studies and data gathering.
- Work with the Concessionaire and customer audits to ensure we are maximising and delivering against our KPI targets to ensure we are delivery our objectives and delivering world class customer experience.
- Represent London Overground interests in projects being delivered by others to protect the integrity of the current operation
- Be the point of contact for all contractual documentation.
- Work closely with TfL Stakeholders to help deliver concession and performance projects.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
**Skills**
- A clear thinker who is able to identify linkages and dependences.
- Computer literate - including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels, both within and outside the organisation.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Can develop and work to a defined plan/milestones.
- Data driven

**Knowledge**
- Educated to degree or equivalent experience (D)
- Ability to deal with complicated interfaces and stakeholders (D)
- Good understanding of business case development (D)
- Good understanding of project delivery (D)
- Commercially astute; good understanding of contract management (E)
- Sound working knowledge of the railway Industry (D)

**Experience**
- Experience of working in a rail environment and an understanding of the stakeholders involved.
- Extensive experience in data anaysis.
- Understanding of Contract Management.
