Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining the concession shop at Asda Old Kent Road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
  • Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a consistent and attractive store layout.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor and easily accessible to customers.
  • Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Ensure markdowns are in line with operational requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth and success of the concession shop.
  • Ensure the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor to maintain a safe and attractive store environment.
  • Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
